Experience and Professionalism Matter
Texiana hires landmen that conduct themselves in a professional manner and have a minimum of 10 years experience. Any trainee or lesser experienced landmen we hire will be those who want to learn and are eager to produce and will be working among and under a majority of knowledgeable minds and watchful eyes.

Furthermore, landmen we hire will go into the field taking pride in their appearance and how they represent our clients. We take our job, large or small, seriously and want those we come into contact with to take us, and by extension our clients, seriously.

Texiana lets the wisdom of old school guide the benefits of new innovation and technology, not the other way around, to generate wider, more accurate and professional results with less manpower and in a timely manner.

Integrity and Honesty Matter
Landmen we hire will value both the client's interests and the property owner's or company's interests on behalf of the client. Landmen will fight for the best interests of the client while at the same time help the property owner or company understand the importance of that interest and why it matters to achieving the goals desired by both. Likewise the landman will clearly convey the interests of the property owner or company so that the client may accurately and with some true understanding address them for the best possible client/company/owner relationship
